The control room at SSLI is the heart of the studio, both physically and functionally. While acoustically isolated, it provides a great view of the live room, as well as easy access. Acoustically treated by professionals, this room provides an optimal mixing and playback environment.
		Our spacious live room has the versatility to accomodate everything from small rock bands to full jazz orchestras. This 20' by 30' room has a 12-foot ceiling, oak parquet floor, and acoustically treated walls, making it a great-sounding room for recording drums, guitars, piano, and everything else needed on a track. An isolated vocal booth is located in the rear of the live room.
				The lounge at SSLI is the perfect place for a band to relax when they're not recording tracks. Have a seat on our comfortable leather couch or swivel recliners and watch TV, play video games, or watch movies on our 42" plasma television and Panasonic 5.1 surround sound system.
	Our Writing Lab is fitted with a full Pro Tools LE rig consisting of many of today's leading synthesizer emulation software. It is fully functioning for over-dubs and is acoustically treated to act as an additional isolation room during tracking from the main control room.
